Neil Williams founded IKB Engineering with a clear purpose: to provide technically rigorous, practically minded engineering that clients can genuinely rely on. After graduating from Cardiff University in 2001 with a Master of Engineering (Honours), Neil built an extensive career across the full breadth of civil and structural engineering.
His experience spans residential, commercial, education, health, defence, and historic buildings — with specialist expertise in both structural design and temporary works. Neil works with concrete, steel, masonry, and timber, and is particularly skilled in 3D design and drafting.
What sets Neil apart is his hands-on philosophy. He doesn't just sign off on drawings from a distance — he's involved from initial concept through to construction completion, ensuring careful planning and quality at every stage.
